一.背景历程(Background Processes)
l 在2024年9月,开展了钱塘区“中企国际港”亮相第三届全球贸易数字博览会,致力构建与“地瓜经济”相匹配的企业出海服务体系,让更多的出海企业、链主企业集聚钱塘。
September 2024,Qiantang District takes the opportunity of building a "Chinese Enterprise International Port" and plans to build an international service center for China Enterprises, and is committed to building a service system for enterprises going overseas that matches the "sweet potato economy", so that more enterprises going overseas and chain owners can gather in Qiantang.

l 在2025年3月,金砖国家特殊经济区中国合作中心正式落地,标志着中国与金砖国家在能力建设、政策交流、经贸合作、标准对接等领域的合作迈入机制化、平台化新阶段;中企国际服务中心作为其重要组成部分,同步启动运营。

As an important part of CESI, CESI started operation at the same time.

二.中心简介( Introduction to the Center)
中企国际服务中心以“汇聚全球服务商,助力企业全球化”为目标,致力于构建与地瓜经济相匹配的企业出海服务体系,为企业出海打造服务生态圈。
With the goal of "bringing together global service providers and helping enterprises go global", the Chinese Enterprise International Service Center is committed to building a service system for enterprises going overseas that matches the sweet potato economy, and creating a service ecosystem for enterprises going overseas.

区别于传统的出海服务机构,中企国际服务中心是融合了政府保障与市场的双轮驱动模式,具备从资源链接、资源运营、服务需求匹配到出海落地实操等多维度、全旅程能力
Different from traditional overseas service agencies, the Chinese Enterprise International Service Center is a dual wheel drive model that integrates government guarantee and market, with multi-dimensional and full journey capabilities from resource linkage, resource operation, service demand matching to overseas implementation.
三.服务生态(service ecosystem)
中企国际服务中心采取“1+2+N”的双向投资服务生态,攘括“政务服务”“商务服务”为企业出海提供全链条一站式服务。
“1”即支持企业“走出去”“引进来”的一体化服务平台。
“2”即搭建“政务服务+商务服务”两大功能为主导的线上线下服务体系。
“N”即汇聚“专业服务+产业服务”构成的N家服务机构,“全链条” “一站式”助力企业全球化发展。
具体来说分为线上线下两个部分

The China Enterprise International Service Center adopts a '1+2+N' dual-investment service ecosystem, encompassing 'government services' and 'business services' to provide full-chain one-stop services for enterprises going global.
'1' refers to an integrated platform that supports enterprises in 'going out' and 'bringing in'.
'2' refers to an online and offline service system dominated by two main functions: 'government services' and 'business services'.
'N' refers to N service institutions composed of 'professional services' and 'industry services', providing comprehensive and one-stop support for the globalization of enterprises.
Specifically, it is divided into two parts: online and offline.
四.线下:一站式出海服务空间
(Offline: one-stop overseas service space)
建立线下服务空间,打造一站式出海服务空间,集成出海政务服务与商务服务的两大服务功能,并配备活动、办公、洽淡、接待多场景功能空间,满足线下全链条、一站式服务需求。

An offline service space has been established to create a one-stop overseas service space, integrating the two major service functions of overseas government services and commercial services. It is also equipped with multi-scenario functional spaces for activities, office work, negotiations and reception, so as to meet the needs of offline full-chain and one-stop services.
五.线上:立足浙江,辐射全国

我们中心打通线上宣传渠道,打造“中企国际服务中心”媒体影响力矩阵:公众号+小程序+网站三位一体,集成四大内容栏目“出海潜望镜”“出海最前线”,“出海大视野”,“活动第一线”,四大多功能页面“合作对接”,“市场资讯”,“出海动态”,“专家智库”,并不断扩展丰富新功能,为全面构建钱塘“中企国际服务中心”的影响力。

Our center has opened up online publicity channels and built a media influence matrix of "China Enterprise International Service Center": an integrated trinity of official WeChat account, mini-program and website. It integrates four content columns, namely "Overseas Periscope", "Overseas Frontline", "Overseas Vision" and "Activity Frontline", as well as four multi-functional pages including "Cooperation and Docking", "Market Information", "Overseas Dynamics" and "Expert Think Tank". We are constantly expanding and enriching new functions to comprehensively build the influence of Qiantang "China Enterprise International Service Center".
六.多元活动矩阵,构筑出海生态氛围

自 3 月 21 日中企国际服务中心正式投入运营以来,凭借精准的定位与高效的服务,迅速在企业服务领域崭露头角。中心围绕企业发展需求,开展了一系列内容丰富、针对性强的活动,不仅有聚焦中东、日本等重点区域的国别主题活动,助力企业拓展国际市场;还有深入解析人力资源、法律合规等关键领域的出海实战营,为企业出海保驾护航;更有根据企业个性化需求定制的专题闭门活动,提供精准对接与深度交流的平台。

Since its official operation on March 21, the China Enterprise International Service Center has quickly emerged in the field of enterprise services with its precise positioning and efficient services. Centering on the development needs of enterprises, the center has carried out a series of activities with rich contents and strong pertinence. There are not only country-specific theme activities focusing on key regions such as the Middle East and Japan to help enterprises expand the international market; there are also overseas practical camps that deeply analyze key areas such as human resources and legal compliance to escort enterprises in going global; and there are more special closed-door activities customized according to the personalized needs of enterprises, providing a platform for precise docking and in-depth exchanges.
截至目前,中心已取得令人瞩目的阶段性成果。据统计,参访对接的企业总数已突破 400 家,其中包括 20 家上市企业以及 40 余家专精特新企业,构建全景式线上+线下“生态朋友圈”。

Up to now, the center has achieved remarkable phased results. According to statistics, the total number of enterprises that have visited and connected with the center has exceeded 400, including 20 listed enterprises and more than 40 specialized, sophisticated, distinctive and novel enterprises, forming a panoramic online + offline "ecological circle of friends".
